Jeffrey M. Hensley
Jeff Hensley,
a specialist in civil litigation, general business, corporate and construction
law, began his legal practice in 1991 in Kansas City, and formed the law firm
of Beckett and Hensley, L.C. in 1994.
After earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City
in 1991, Mr. Hensley was law clerk to the Honorable Forest W. Hanna, Missouri
Court of Appeals, Western District of Missouri.
Since 1991 he has been licensed to practice in Missouri and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri. In 1992, Mr. Hensley was licensed in Kansas and the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas.
Born and raised in Kansas City North, he received his A.A.degree from Maple Woods Community College in 1985. Mr. Hensley received his B.S. from what is now Park University in 1987, and while there he was a player/coach of the golf team.
Mr. Hensley is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Kansas and Missouri Bar Associations, and the American Bar Association.
An avid
golfer, Mr. Hensley achieved his first hole-in-one on November 23, 2002. He
serves on the Advisory Board for The National Golf Club of Kansas City, the
course where Tom Watson and other members of the Champions Tour will compete
in 2003.
While
the odds of hitting a hole-in-one are at least 20,000 to one, the real miracle
in Jeff Hensley's life is his beautiful two-year-old daughter, Carletta.
